Hiller Ford is seeking a motivated, eager to learn, customer-oriented individual to grow their career in automotive sales!

What We Offer:

-Competitive pay plan

• Sell 2 cars per week-make $50,000 per year guarantee
• Sell 3 cars per week-make $75,000 per year guarantee
• Sell 4 cars per week-make $100,000 per year guarantee

-$1000 sign on bonus

• $500 after 2 months and $500 after 6 months

-3 month training salary (100% commission based after 3 months) & ongoing monthly training bonus

-Weekly cash bonuses available

-Flexible schedule/45 hours per week

Qualifications/Experience:

-Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

-Passion for customer service

-Successful working in a fast-paced changing environment

-Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry

-Conduct business with integrity

-Excellent communication skills

-Valid driver’s license
